The Fama GS professional electric cheese grater is a compact and powerful appliance made in Italy, ideal for both commercial and home kitchens. Built with a polished die-cast aluminium body and stainless steel grating drum, it offers durability, reliability, and easy cleaning thanks to its removable drum design.

Powered by a 750W induction motor, the machine can grate up to 70 kg per hour, making it perfect for hard cheeses like Parmesan, as well as dry bread, nuts, and chocolate. For added safety, it features a protective safety grid and an automatic microswitch system that stops the motor when the handle is lifted.
